Youth Leader Small Groups aims to provide a monthly setting for AFLC youth leaders to encourage, support, and assistance one another with various ministry questions that come up through a life of service.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Apprenticeship Program<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month congregational training that provides 50 equipping components for a growing youth leader. AFLC Youth Ministries provides the coaching to cultivate the leader, to increase his\/her skills, and to deepen the person as a Kingdom contributor with youth and family ministry. <\/p>\n

4 Week Bible Study<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A four-week Bible study <\/strong>(PDF) that you can use in a mid-week group or a Sunday morning setting and was written by colleagues within the AFLC. Each lesson features Scripture, thoughts, and questions to launch your time communicating God's truths with teenagers. We pray this free tool will aid you as you continue to make disciples of Jesus<\/strong> with the young people in your congregation.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Youth Ministry Consultants<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We are always looking for opportunities to encourage and equip adults to care for the spiritual lives of teenagers. During the 2025 calendar year, AFLC Youth Ministries is partnering with Youth Ministry Consultants (YMC) to provide pre-paid access to all YMC webinars for anyone in the AFLC. This promotion includes their upcoming webinars in 2025 as well as recordings of previous YMC webinars.<\/p>\n
