YWW is designed with volunteer and paid youth workers in mind. The YWW Planning Team meets throughout the year to think through how we can provide an opportunity for youth workers to be refreshed, to be trained for the work God has called them to, and to connect with others for encouragement and ideas. We'd love to have you join us at the ARC in Osceola, WI for this weekend retreat!

2026 THEME

Image

The theme for YWW 2026 is Intentional Youth Ministry

It can be easy to settle into the rhythms and routines of ministry and forget why we do the things we do. As leaders, it’s important to be intentional about how we care for the teens in our congregation. At Youth Workers’ Weekend this January 2026, join us to see how you can be intentional with teaching Law and Gospel, with setting boundaries, with Bible Study, with AI, with discipleship, and more. Come to Youth Workers’ Weekend to be refreshed and refocused, so you can return to your congregation ready for intentional ministry to teens.
