FLY Beyond Registration

FLY Beyond is designed for students who will have completed grades 7-12. However, a congregation’s current youth ministry efforts define the eligibility to attend as a “student.” This allows flexibility for a congregation to bring students who have completed 6^th grade if that fits their ministry practices.

Dorm Room Leaders (DRLs) stay in the dorms with teens and serve as a Small Group Leader (see SGL tab) for one of the small groups of teens. DRL's may request an exception if they aren't able to serve as a Small Group Leader.

In order to be on staff, you need to be asked by the Planning Team. Staff will be asked during registration if they are willing to serve as a Small Group Leader (see SGL tab) and will then be assigned a Small Group if it works with their Staff Responsibilities.

Adults will be housed in adult housing, have meals provided, and are welcome to attend all sessions. Adults will be asked during registration if they are willing to serve as a Small Group Leader (see SGL tab). If they do, they'll receive a $125 discount on their registration.

Small Group Leaders (SGL) are identified from those who register as DRLs, Staff, and Adults. Each DRL will automatically serve as an SGL unless you reach out to us to request an exception. Adults and Staff will be asked on their registration form if they are willing to serve as an SGL. SGLs will attend all sessions, facilitate discussion with their Small Group, and assist with small group challenges throughout the week.
