In Galatians 5:22-23, we find self-control to be the last fruit listed but this does not mean it is the least important.  It is, perhaps, the one who have the most difficulty with.  there are days when we find it quite easy to act the wy God would have u act.  However, there are also days when we act in direct opposition to God’s will.  We can liken ourselves to erupting volcanoes.  Our lives are a series of contrasts.

Let us look at James 3:11 and Isaiah 5:1-2 to see how these contrasts are described?
