The Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month congregational training that provides 50 equipping components for a growing youth leader. AFLC Youth Ministries provides the coaching to cultivate the leader, to increase his/her skills, and to deepen the person as a Kingdom contributor with youth and family ministry.
A congregation and potential apprentice apply together. The following packet is a menu of options and includes the application on the final pages. The application deadline has been pushed back to August 31 for the 2023-24 cycle and the start time of an apprenticeship is expected to be during the month of September.
